Scope of Work & Deliverable
Understanding the environment of the entity as per International Standard on Auditing (ISA) 315.
Collecting management signed draft Financial Statements.
Performing Initial Analytical Procedure & Materiality to Identify key risk areas at Financial Statements level as per ISA 520 & ISA 315.
Confirming Opening Balance as per ISA 510.
Check whether the financial statements have been prepared and presented fairly in accordance with IAS & IFRS’s.
Providing documents requisition on sample basis to the management.
Performing audit procedures on the books of accounts and supporting documents as per requisition.
Performing Test of details and Substantive audit procedures.
Performing physical visit to branch and related office.
Performing External confirmation as per ISA 505.
Checking existing internal control and report any weakness in a management letter (if required)
Overview compliance of RJSC, Tax, VAT, Customs, and other applicable rules and regulation and comment in a management letter (if required)
Draw Audit Opinion as per relevant ISA on the Financial Statements.
Preparation of Draft report and submit for discussion.
After finalization of draft report, we will submit the final auditors report and financial statements.
